Wave of Light

🌟 Wave of Light – A Night of Remembrance & Hope 🌟
On October 15th, families across the world will come together to honor babies gone too soon during the Wave of Light. Here in our community, we’ll gather at David C Cook (doors open at 5:30pm) for a time of remembrance, reflection, and hope.

I’m honored to partner with Foreknown Ministries to sponsor this special evening. To deepen the impact, I’ve created the Forever Known Fundraiser—a way to raise funds so more families can attend and feel supported, seen, and cared for in their grief.

✨ Here’s how you can join me:

  • Donate today to help sponsor families who are navigating perinatal and infant loss.

  • Create your own donation page as part of my team—Mountain Mama Pelvic Health—and invite others to give.

Every gift, no matter the size, becomes a message of hope for families who often feel unseen and unheard. Together, we can remind them that their babies are Forever Known.

Foot to Floor Connection

Your feet might be the missing link in your pelvic floor puzzle.

If you’ve been chasing PRs, running miles, wrangling kids, or just trying to feel strong and stable — your pelvic floor is part of the equation. But did you know your feet might be holding you back?

Tight arches, collapsed ankles, or even old foot injuries can change how your pelvic floor works. We’re talking balance, stability, and even symptoms like leaking, heaviness, or hip/back pain.

Join me for the Foot to Pelvic Floor Connection — a workshop for athletes, moms, CrossFitters, and the “I never thought my feet mattered” crowd.

Location: CrossFit 7070 — 868 CO-105, Palmer Lake, CO

We’ll cover:

  • How your foot mechanics affect your pelvic floor

  • Drills to improve foot strength + mobility

  • How to integrate better footwork into your workouts & daily life

Your feet are literally the foundation — let’s make them work for you, not against you.
