Helping women trust their bodies again.
For years, I believed pelvic floor therapy was about muscles. Now I know it's about so much more.
It's about the woman who quietly assumes leaking is "just part of having babies."
It's about the mom who never quite felt like herself after birth.
It's about the woman carrying the weight of a traumatic delivery...or the grief of the baby she never got to bring home.
It's about learning to trust your body again.
That's why I founded Mountain Mama Pelvic Health!
After almost 20 years as an occupational therapist, I found my calling in pelvic health because I saw a gap in the care women were receiving. Too many were being told their pain was normal. Too many were leaving six-week postpartum appointments feeling dismissed, confused, or completely alone.
Women deserve better.
They deserve someone who listens before treating.
Someone who understands that healing isn't just physical.
Someone who sees the whole person.
That is the kind of therapist I strive to be.
Whether we're preparing your body for birth, helping you recover postpartum, navigating pelvic pain, supporting hypermobility or Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, or walking through the changes of perimenopause, my goal is always the same:
To help you feel confident, capable, and at home in your own body again.
As a Trauma-Informed Pelvic Health Practitioner and Prenatal & Postpartum Exercise Specialist, I combine evidence-based treatment with compassionate, individualized care. Every session is tailored to your story because no two women—and no two healing journeys—are ever the same.
Around here, we talk openly about pelvic health.
You are prayed over.
We celebrate progress.
We honor grief.
We laugh.
Sometimes we cry.
And we always work together.
Because healing happens best when you feel seen, heard, and supported.
It is one of the greatest privileges of my life to walk alongside women during some of their most vulnerable—and most transformative—seasons.
I can't wait to meet you.
