Aleta Wagner, OTR/L, TIPHP, PCES

I’m Aleta Wagner, a pelvic health occupational therapist and the founder of Mountain Mama Pelvic Health. My journey in occupational therapy began with a fascination for how the body moves, heals, and holds our stories—but over time, I realized that healing is never just physical. It’s emotional, it’s relational, and it’s deeply personal.

I’ve spent years supporting women through transitional life stages—pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause—helping them reclaim strength, comfort, and confidence in their bodies. My passion extends to women and teens navigating hypermobility, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, pelvic pain, and pelvic floor dysfunction, where each session is an opportunity to tailor care to the unique needs of the individual.

As a Trauma-Informed Pelvic Health Practitioner and Prenatal & Postpartum Exercise Specialist, I create a space that’s safe, empowering, and rooted in respect. This approach is especially important when supporting women who have experienced perinatal or infant loss, offering gentle, compassionate care that honors both physical recovery and emotional healing.

Every day, I strive to normalize conversations about pelvic and sexual health, educate and empower women to expect better postpartum care, and provide therapy that meets the whole person—not just the body. For me, pelvic health isn’t just a specialty; it’s a calling, and it’s a privilege to walk alongside women as they navigate some of life’s most vulnerable and transformative moments.
