Join Mountain Mama Pelvic Health on Thursday, October 16th at CrossFit 7070 in Palmer Lake, CO, for our final pelvic floor connection workshop all about Pressure Management. This 1- hour session is perfect for athletes, moms, and CrossFitters, and will teach how to assess your pressure management with and without load. The pelvic floor is part of our core system, and how you manage pressure directly impacts the pelvic floor, even if you don’t have symptoms (yet)! Learn exercises to improve your pressure biomechanics with lifting - whether it’s your toddler or your 1-rep max weight!
