Mountain Mama Pelvic Health is located inside the Wellness Works Clinic in downtown Monument. We also offer home visits for our pregnancy and postpartum care clients, and labor assist visits for home births or birth center births.

We recommend wearing something comfortable that you can move in. Usually t-shirt, tank top or similar, and stretchy pants or shorts. Clothing should be easily moveable should we do any manual work.

Pricing is transparent on our scheduling page. We currently offer pregnancy plan of care pricing, and multi-session discount pricing (paid in full).

This is entirely up to your comfort level. If we are doing internal work and you’d prefer to skip doing that because of menstruation, we can work on other things from your treatment plan.

Mountain Mama Pelvic Health has a 24-hours notice for our cancellation policy. Since I lease a space and don’t have an admin team, there is a charge of $50 for less than 24 hours notice. I will make exceptions in certain circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
