Why Mountain Mama?

You deserve more than being told:

“That’s normal after having a baby.”

“Just do more kegels.”

“Give it time.”

At Mountain Mama Pelvic Health, we take a whole-body approach to healing by addressing movement patterns, breathing mechanics, nervous system regulation, daily function, and the pelvic floor itself.

You don’t have to accept pain, leaking, pressure, or feeling disconnected from your body as your new normal.

Whether you’re preparing for birth, recovering postpartum, navigating pelvic pain, or trying to return to exercise, we’re here to help you move confidently and feel at home in your body again.

Why Occupational Therapy?

As an occupational therapist, I focus on helping women return to meaningful activities - including motherhood, exercise, intimacy, work, and recreation!

Meet Aleta

I’m a mountain girl at heart - raised near the Santa Cruz mountains and made my way to the Colorado Rockies. I have hiked 18 of Colorado’s beautiful 14ers, and love getting out in nature with my family.

I started Mountain Mama Pelvic Health because of my own pelvic floor dysfunction. It led me on a deep dive of education and movement, and I wanted to share that knowledge with other women.

As a pelvic health occupational therapist I have taken my OT lens to treat clients from all different backgrounds, with a variety of symptoms. As a mom of 3 littles, I know how valuable your time is, and want to come alongside you in your motherhood journey.

I believe that every woman has a story and deserves to feel seen, heard, supported and confident in her body.
