Pregnancy & Labor Assistance

Pregnancy is a time of incredible transformation — physically, emotionally, and energetically. As your body makes space for your growing baby, your pelvic floor, core, and posture are constantly adapting. Sometimes that can bring new sensations like pressure, heaviness, leaking, or discomfort. Pelvic floor therapy offers a gentle way to reconnect with your changing body, ease tension, and prepare for birth with confidence and calm.

SCHEDULE

At Mountain Mama Pelvic Health, sessions are designed to help you feel more grounded and in tune with your body’s natural rhythms. Together, we’ll explore:

  • Breath and body awareness to support your core and pelvic floor

  • Gentle movement and positioning to create space and comfort

  • Hands-on techniques to release tension and improve balance

  • Strength and mobility to support your body during pregnancy and labor

  • Birth preparation tools to help your body open and soften during labor

  • Confidence for postpartum recovery so you feel supported beyond birth

Every pregnancy and birth story is unique — your care should be, too. Whether you’re hoping to reduce pain, prepare for labor, or simply feel more connected, pelvic floor therapy can help you move through this season with greater ease and trust in your body.

💛 You don’t have to wait until after birth to care for your pelvic floor.

Labor Support & Assistance

Gentle, grounded support for your body and birth.

When it’s time to welcome your baby, having someone who understands the body’s natural rhythms can make all the difference. As a pelvic floor occupational therapist, I offer labor support during daytime hours — helping you move through birth with greater comfort, awareness, and trust in your body’s wisdom.

During labor, I provide calm, intuitive guidance to help you:

  • Find positions and movements that encourage progress and reduce tension

  • Use breath and body awareness to support your pelvic floor and core connection

  • Navigate sensations and transitions with grounding and nervous system regulation

  • Create a safe, supportive environment that honors your birth preferences

I’m available for in-home births and birth center deliveries, and can also serve as a support person in hospital settings (offering emotional and positional guidance, though not hands-on care at this time).

Every birth is unique — my role is to meet you where you are, offering presence, education, and comfort so you can move through labor feeling supported, capable, and deeply connected to your experience.

💛 If you’d like support during your labor, reach out to discuss availability and how I can best serve you on your birth day.
