Barre 3

Barre 3 is an amazing barre studio in Colorado Springs. They have classes for every fitness level, and even a kid’s play area for young kiddos.

I had the pleasure of being a vendor at their International Women’s Day event this year, and am starting to plan some upcoming workshops with their team!
